As a yearly tradition and in support of mental health, eveRIAthing's biggest cause, we once again share awareness of mental health and anti-bullying on October 10th, World Mental Health Day. Mark Williams, Founder of Pink Thursday, shares his mission to promote respect, support and love through acts of kindness and being a role model for the community. A victim of bullying and discrimination, Mark rose to conquer the trauma by encouraging everyone to be a strong voice against bullying and to take action when the act is being committed, not just stand by. Through his project, Pink Thursday, Mark is able to bring communities together in the name of anti-bullying and continues to create positive ripple effects, one Thursday at a time.
